Online Mortgage Center

Whether you're looking to buy your first home, move to a new home, or get a home equity loan, Thrivent Financial Bank offers the convenience of an online application. Just follow these easy steps.

  1. Complete the Online Application
Answer questions about the home and your finances. As soon as you're done, we'll review your application.

    Begin Pre-approval/Application
  2. Wait for Approval
If you're approved online, we'll ask for a deposit to cover the cost of appraising your home so we can start processing your request. A loan officer will contact you to answer any questions, and if your application was not approved online, we'll ask for more information to make a decision.
  3. Complete the Application Kit and Appraisal
We'll send you an application kit. Simply complete the kit and send it back. An appraisal will be ordered from a licensed appraiser.
  4. Schedule the closing
When we receive your application kit, and the appraisal and title work have been completed, we'll contact you to schedule the loan closing.

If you'd like additional assistance, contact a Thrivent Financial Bank representative for help deciding which loan is right for you.
